These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”) guide your relationships with www.taparisbutcher.com website (“Services”, “Website”) operated by Ta’Paris Butcher, VAT Nr.1151-9433 (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our website.
By using or accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Services.
The Website offers online shopping services with delivery around Malta (Gozo – T&C’s apply, Comino not included) including homes, offices and yacht marinas.
Use of the Website
To place an order on the Website you should be over 18 years, hold a valid credit/debit card with your name and you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration are correct and up to date.
Do not share your Account or any personal data with anyone. You are responsible for all placed orders that are submitted under your Account. If you know or presume that someone else using your Account, you should notify us by e-mail marketing@taparisbutcher.com immediately.
Pricing
All prices and offers placed on the website do not reflect the prices in the Ta’Paris Butcher store. The operations of the Services are independent. Any Promotions, Special offers and other campaigns placed on the Website can be unique and not available in the store and vice versa.
We are taking care to ensure that all prices on the Website are correct and up to date. The actual amount charged upon delivery might be different from the one shown online especially for the products who are in stock by weight. You will be charged for the actual weight picked. We always try to be accurate and deliver a product as closes as possible to the weight you requested on the Website.
All prices available per Services are inclusive of any Value Added Tax or other sales taxes applicable in Malta.
We only charge an amount that we gave as a finale before the delivery.
The price of the goods does not include delivery, unless its not stated by Free Delivery Terms.
Payment
Ta’Paris Butcher is registered VAT payer with VAT Nr.1151-9433. We accept following payment methods:
- Cash Payments
- BOV Mobile Payment
- Revolut Transfer
- Debit/Credit card payment (available in-store only)
To make your payment directly from your BOV Mobile or Revolut you should have saved our phone Nr. in the Contact book: Carmelo Pace, Mob.Nr.: +356 99462919
Please use your Order ID and Name as the payment reference.
Delivery
We offer Delivery Services around Malta including homes, offices and yacht marinas. Except for Comino, Gozo special T&C’s apply.
Delivery we do due 48 hours (2 working days) from the purchase confirmation, from Tuesday till Friday between 13:30 and 15:00, Saturday between 16:30 and 19:00. Sunday, Public and National holidays we do not deliver.
If we are unable to deliver the order to you within 2 working days beginning with the day after the day of the Order placement we shall inform you by e-mail, call or text message.
Very important that you leave full address information so it is easier to find your place. Description can leave in the Order Notes.
Delivery split by 4 zones:
- RED Zone – Ta’Paris, Swatar, Birkirkara, Balzan, Floriana, Gzira, Hamrun, Lija, Marsa, Msida, Pieta, Qormi, San Giljan, San Gwann, Santa Venera, Sliema, Ta’Xbiex, Valletta
- Orange Zone – Attard, Gharghur, Luqa, Mdina, Mosta, Naxxar, Paola, Pembroke, Swieqi, Zebbug
- Yellow Zone – Birgu, Bormla, Bugibba, Fgura, Gudja, Isla, Kalkara, Kirkop, Mqabba, Mtarfa, Safi, San Pawl il-Bahar, Santa Lucija, Tarxien
- Green Zone – Birgebugga, Cirkewwa, Digli, Ghaxaq, Marsaskala, Marsaxlokk, Mellieha, Mgarr, Qrendi, Rabat, Siggiewi, Xghajra, Zabbar, Zejtun, Zurrieq
Free Delivery Rules
To receive a Free Delivery the minimum amount to spend apply for each zone:
- Red Zone – €50
- Orange Zone – €75
- Yellow Zone – €100
- Green Zone – €120
- Gozo Zone – €200 + delivery cost applies
If you spend less than a min amount and wish to receive the delivery to your place, a fixed Delivery fee may apply.
Fixed Delivery Fee
Red Zone with a min order amount of €50 – if order under €50, the delivery cost €3; The order under the amount of €30, delivery cost €5;
Orange Zone with a min order amount of €75 – if order under €75, the delivery cost €5; The order under the amount of €50, delivery cost €7;
Yellow Zone with a min order amount of €100 – if order under €100, the delivery cost €7; The order under the amount of €75, delivery cost €9;
Green Zone with a min order amount of €120 – if order under €120, the delivery cost €8; The order under the amount of €100, delivery cost €10;
Gozo Zone with a min order amount of €200, the delivery cost €25

The Website and all content, visuals, features placed on it (excluding Content served by users), are and will stand as a property of Ta’Paris Butcher and its partners. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and all laws of both Malta and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any service or/and product without the prior written agreement with Ta’Paris Butcher.
Changes
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms from time to time. After every change, You will be notified.
By continuing to use our Website after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the adjusted Terms. If you do not agree to the new updated Terms, please stop using the Services.
